Using his chemical engineering background, J.W. is known for his one-of-a-kind custom cocktails. With his washed & reclaimed spirits, PH-balanced cordials, and protein-clarified juices, he conceptualizes cocktails around your event theme, your guest of honor's interests, or even nicknames, memories, and inside jokes. Each component builds on the others into three-layer cocktail "cake," a consumable centerpiece that you and your guests will remember long after the last drop. These cocktail centerpieces are available to add on to any booking or as pre-batches for self-service tablescapes.
xJ.W. signature packages
Professional package: covers a 4 hour party minimum (plus an hour for setup and for breakdown). I provide my mobile bar & setup, signature toasted syrup & rim, and line of bitters for basic cocktailing. I will create a suggested purchase list for your consideration, but you provide all alcohol and other items required for service.
Mixology package: includes a one-of-a-kind cocktail -- and mocktail variant -- with completely custom infusions, fat or smoke washes, fresh-pressed clarified, acid-balanced cordials, and personalized signage. These are truly never-been-done before cocktails that I liken to a custom layer cake designed around the guest of honor. I like to base these off of inside jokes or sweet anecdotes, memories, nicknames, etc. Single orders are based on 1.75L of alcohol and serve ~30 people. Always the most requested drink of the night, this package will help reduce the amount -- and cost -- of your main purchase list, replacing some of the usual spirits and juices.
Full-bar package: I come with everything needed for the night. Liquor, signature-made liqueurs, ice, glassware, mixers, napkins, juices, garnishes, wine, beer, etc so that you don’t have to think about it again. Priced per head, with or without a signature cocktail.
