Using his chemical engineering background, J.W. is known for his one-of-a-kind custom cocktails. With his washed & reclaimed spirits, PH-balanced cordials, and protein-clarified juices, he conceptualizes cocktails around your event theme, your guest of honor's interests, or even nicknames, memories, and inside jokes. Each component builds on the others into three-layer cocktail "cake," a consumable centerpiece that you and your guests will remember long after the last drop. These cocktail centerpieces are available to add on to any booking or as pre-batches for self-service tablescapes.

Professional package: "all but the alcohol." This covers a 4 hour party minimum (plus an hour for setup and for breakdown). I provide my mobile bar & setup, signature toasted syrup & rim, and custom line of bitters, as well as ice, mixers, drinkware, garnishes, liqueres, vermouths for basic cocktailing -- the full list can be customized to your party's preferences. Priced per guest.
Mixology package: includes a one-of-a-kind cocktail -- and mocktail variant -- with completely custom infusions, fat or smoke washes, fresh-pressed clarified, acid-balanced cordials, and personalized signage. These are truly never-been-done before cocktails that I liken to a custom layer cake designed for the guest of honor. I base these off of inside jokes, sweet anecdotes, memories, nicknames, etc. One orders serves ~30 person event. Always the most requested drink of the night, this package will help reduce the amount -- and cost -- of your main purchase list, replacing some spirits and juices.
